Before Dental Media can even begin setting up Online Booking, it is absolutely necessary that your clinic setup meets the requirements for Online Booking.
These requirements depend on the Patient Management System you are using and they are outlined below.
- Your clinic must not be in hidden mode
- All treatments that should be available for Online Booking must be set up for Online Booking in Muntra
- All treatments must have practitioners assigned to them
- All treatments must have open and available timeslots, preferably within the next month
- You need to create an API key for Dentli
Follow these steps for the proper setup:
A) Click the little gear icon in the upper right corner of your Muntra software, then click on "clinic". You can see your clinic's ID on that page after the "#" sign in the header. Yuo need to copy that number and send it back to us.
B) You need to make an API key. You do this by "clicking" on the user logged into Muntra top right corner, and hereafter on "basic info".
To create the API key - Click the small "plus" icon in front of API tokens. You need to name the token it "dentli-ob". Then copy the entire key and send it back to us.
C) You need to make the practitioners available for online booking, and attach the treatments you want in your Online Booking. You can ensure the correct practitioners are visible by clicking the settings gear icon in the top right corner of the screen, then clicking on the "clinic" button. In the clinic settings, go into the "profile" tab, and scroll down until you see this:
All the practitioners that should be visible in the Online Booking should have the "hide the profile" toggle deactivated (grey).
Then add treatments that each practitioner should have available on the Online Booking. Do that by clicking the gear icon next to the practitioner you want to edit. You'll see this screen:

The "automatically accept the patients booking" toggle should be activated (blue), and same with the "activate patient bookings" toggle.
Add a new treatment by clicking on the "available treatments" dropdown, or write in a name.
Click the gear icon at the right side of the newly added treatment in the list, and edit the treatment for this practitioner. The "frequency in minutes", and times for new and existing practitioners should all be the same:

Optionally add a minimum age and an open/closed timeslot for this practitioner's treatment if you would like to.
Send alll the names of the chosen treatments back to us.
In summary Dentli should receive:
- The clinic ID
- An API key
- The names of all the treatments that should be available in the online booking
