Avada forms won't send

SMTP Information is not up to date

Common issue: The outgoing server or SMTP password was changed

We've seen in the past that the SMTP outgoing server has changed or the password has been changed by a user. When this happens the WordPress plugin can no longer connect to the SMTP server and the forms will no longer work.

Solution: Update the outgoing server

Login to cPanel and navigate to email accounts. Click Connect Devices and find the server information.
Copy the outgoing server address and paste it into the SMTP WordPress plugins setting page, where it specifies the outgoing server.

If you do not have access to cPanel, reach out to our support or have a Dentli Representative do it for you.

Common Issue: reCAPTCHA and JS Minification Conflict

Users have reported that enabling JS minification in LiteSpeed Cache can interfere with reCAPTCHA functionality in Avada forms. Specifically, when JS minification is active, reCAPTCHA may fail to load properly, affecting form submissions.

Solution: Exclude reCAPTCHA Scripts from JS Minification

To resolve this conflict, you can exclude reCAPTCHA-related scripts from the JS minification process in LiteSpeed Cache:

  1. Access LiteSpeed Cache Settings:

    • In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization.
  2. Navigate to JS Settings:

    • Click on the JS Settings tab.
  3. Exclude reCAPTCHA Scripts:

    • Locate the JS Excludes field.
    • Add the following line to exclude reCAPTCHA scripts:
