How to reset and restart the Dental Media Bridge software

Resetting and restarting the Dental Media Bridge software on your server can fix several problems relating to the dataflow between your Patient Management system and Dental Medias services.

This is done in 3 easy steps:

1. Open the DM software using the shortcut on your server desktop.
2. Click the update button and wait 5-10 seconds
3. Click the restart button and wait 5-10 seconds and then close the software.

If the software freezes and becomes non-respondent during this, know that we have registered the last click and you can safely force shut the program, restart it and continue to the next step in the process.

Once you have restarted the software, please let your Supporter or Deployment Manager at Dental Media know, so they can check up on the incoming data and make sure we receive the data properly.
