TV says "No programme available"

This is usually the result of a mismatch of the local time of the device, and the licensing server. Below are the most common fixes:

1. Restart the ClinicTV box remotely
This can be done by support staff at Dental Media, please reach out to us at support@dentalmedia.dk.
2. Hard reset
You can do this one yourself. Locate the DentTV device from behind the TV, and remove the power cable. Insert the power cable back into the device and let it boot up. Make sure you have all the wires connected properly before putting the device back behind the TV.
